The Uproar interactive softshell is a stylish and functional protective garment. It is made with warm-backed softshell fabric that is comfortable and stretches naturally. Additionally, the fabric has a water-repellent finish that makes it suitable for rainy weather, and it is wind resistant and quick-drying. The Uproar interactive softshell features an adjustable shock cord hem that allows for personalization, and it is lightweight and easy to wear. The garment also has two zipped lower pockets for convenient storage. The garment is machine washable, but dark colors should be washed separately. Ironing, tumble drying, and dry cleaning are not recommended.

We deliver to all UK addresses, except for Northern Ireland. Our delivery charge is per order (not per item).
Delivery is 1-3 working days for plain garment orders and 7-10 working days for all embroidered orders. (Next day delivery is not available).
Customised, embroidered orders are charged at £12.95. If, however due to weight, size of carton or delivery address the cost of carriage is more than this you will be contacted and informed of any additional carriage charges prior to your order being completed.

In the event of our carriers being unable to deliver, a calling card will be left. Failure to respond to this calling card in a timely manner, may result in an extra carriage charge being applied. All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT @ 20% where applicable.

An invoice will be sent to you via email. This is your proof of payment and also your guarantee.
If you wish to return an item(s) please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Any items not returned within this timescale may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% to cover any associated costs.
Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice or JKL reference number and in the original packaging, stating the reason for return. Items returned in an unacceptable state may not receive a full refund.
We do not offer exchanges; please re-order your new items directly online at www.jklclothing.co.uk.
Customers should arrange their own return courier. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery within seven days.
