Here at JKL we have been embroidering clothing for over 10 years now so there’s not a lot we don’t know about making an embroidered logo look good on a garment.

Operating in-house we use the very latest embroidery machine technology in the form of state of the art Barudan embroidery machines.

An important factor in producing the best possible embroidery is the artwork, the better the artwork, the better the embroidery will come out. High resolution artwork will make a difference to the finished product.

After an order is confirmed, we produce an electronic sample, which we email for our customers to approve before we embroider the logo onto their chosen garments. At this stage the customer has the option to make any changes they require to get exactly the end result they are looking for. This may incur an edit charge.

Once approved it then comes down to the quality of the embroidery machines used and the skill of the machine operative to make sure the final embroidered garment looks as good as possible.
