Coronavirus - COVID19 update
As a business we have been constantly monitoring the ever changing situation regarding the Coronavirus outbreak. As a result of the government guidelines and in close conjunction with our suppliers and supply chain we have taken the difficult decision to cease all personalised (embroidered and printed orders) with immediate effect and until further notice.
This has been a very difficult decision for us to take but our priority throughout has been the well-being of our staff, customers and the wider community especially those working in frontline and emergency services.
We are able to supply a number of our most popular brands directly to you via our couriers who remain open and trading as normal. These brands include Portwest, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom and many more. For a full list of brands available please see the following link.(link to brands). To confirm we can only supply these undecorated at present as we are unable to open our print and embroidery workshop. Our website will remain live and we can accept and deliver orders for the brands listed. We do not currently have a live stock feed for the products on our site. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a full refund. Items ordered through our website will be delivered within two working days. Our office staff are working from home and can be contacted via email at [email protected] for any customer service queries during normal office hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
