Our offices close 16:00 Thursday 22nd December 2022 and will re-open at 09:00 on Monday 2nd January 2023 (please note the workshop will not open until Monday 9th January 2023 - quoting for bespoke orders will commence at this point).
To ensure delivery of any personalised orders before Christmas, our cut-off date is 16:00 Friday 9th December 2022. For undecorated, plain garments, our cut-off date, for pre-Christmas delivery, is 16:00 Friday 16th December 2022.
December is an extremely busy time for our couriers; however, we hope to be able to provide plain garment goods within 2-3 working days from despatch.
We will be accepting any product ordered from Thursday 1st December 2022 returned to us for a refund by Friday 16th January 2023.
