Bow ties always add an element of sophistication to a uniform. Not only will they improve the image of your staff but nowadays they are very much a unisex item when used in the catering industry. If your staff are wearing a shirt with a collar then a bow tie at the neck will ensure a smart look at all times.

One of the effects of wearing a bow tie is that the wearer is less likely to undo the neck buttons of their shirt or blouse, thus maintaining a professional appearance and by association – a professional attitude.
