Spandex fitness shorts for a snug fit that still allows freedom of movement, all purpose lined shorts for extra warmth and to help prevent chafing when working up a sweat on the legs, athletics sports shorts – ideal for all events as they permit high leg movement and being high cut won’t catch on hurdles or bars, training shorts, board shorts, micro fibre shorts and fitness shorts are also garments that have their own merits and they too are in the collection.

The fitness shorts and Spandex fitness shorts have a broad colour range that will coordinate with a variety of coloured tops if you have a favourite colour you prefer to work in or even to organise your schedule: green is upper body work, heather is cardio, navy is legs – for example.

All the shorts are machine washable so you can sling your kit into the washing machine and forget about them until you next need them. Unless they have been badly scrunched up in a kit bag or suffered from tumble drier overload they probably won’t need any further attention to look good and feel fresh against your skin.
