Sleeveless T-shirts bring another dimension to leisure wear with their casual style and often quite glamorous look. Having shoulders on display can feel just a little daring and a racer back Tee that shows off toned back muscles is wonderfully liberating.

If you do choose to add sleeveless T-shirts to your wardrobe collection they can also be used as a top layer for a long sleeved T-shirt or blouse. Wearing them on their own will look fabulous as long as you have done some basic grooming so that the skin on display is smooth and unblemished. When you are in the shower or bath just pay a little extra attention to the shoulder and back area, exfoliate any dead cells from the surface so that your skin can have a healthy glow. Moisturise with your preferred cream, lotion or gel and work it in well with small circular movements over the area. Smooth, polished and scented with your favourite fragrance you will feel divine and look amazing.

Do remember that when you are in the sun your arms will be exposed to UV rays so make sure you protect them with a sun filter that has an SPF suitable for your skin type. Burnt, tender shoulders with blisters and peeling skin can and should be avoided at all costs.
