Leisure Bottoms

Leisure bottoms often share their design with their sporting cousins. Many sports bottoms are made for performance and they are constructed with specialist finishes and fibres so that they are durable and hardwearing, able to withstand the rigours of the sport for which they are designed.

On your days off work, on holiday whenever you don’t have to wear a particular uniform or dress code comfortable, casual wear will often be your rationale for your choice in clothing. Mimicking performance bottoms, leisure bottoms will allow you to stretch your legs to scramble over sun loungers or bikes, any obstacles that might suddenly appear whilst chasing after your child, dog or umbrella that has taken off in a gust of wind.

It’s surprising how often you might need to be able to stretch out your legs, even when you think you are relaxing. Just as often you might need to bend and twist and this is nearly impossible if your legwear is tight or restrictive and hinders movement. It’s great to be able to join in with an impromptu ball game and not be a stick in the mud. If there’s an opportunity to have fun, take it; life is too short to obsess about what you look like.
