Baby Rugby Shirts
Whether it is the rugby season or not a rugby shirt is a popular casual look for men, women and children. There is something incredibly cute about a tiny person in a rugby shirt, the attire of rough playing, rugged athletes – perhaps wearing the colours representative of Mum or Dad’s favourite home nation team.
For the home nations there is representation in the colours, red for Wales, navy for Scotland and green for Ireland – England’s white unfortunately does not feature though there is black which could represent the almighty All Blacks of New Zealand. Even if you aren’t a rugby fan and the colours have no specific association or meaning for you, they are colours that team well with matching popular shades or contrasting with bolds and brights and amazing with pastels.
The neckline appears to be just like a traditional rugby shirt but there are concealed poppers on the placket to make fitting easier. A neat white collar and cuffs contrasts crisply with the main block of colour in the body of the rugby shirt and the 100% cotton fabric will be gentle against young skin – even though the game it represents may not be so, if they ever take it up.
